kalarthe is a brand project created and operated by decor form kalina grdeń. all sales, invoicing, payments, complaints, returns, and customer claims are handled by decor form kalina grdeń.

returns

if you are a consumer in the european union, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.

to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement sent to:

you may use the model withdrawal form provided in our terms and conditions, but this is not mandatory.

return conditions

to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.

if you withdraw from the contract, you must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.

the customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we agree otherwise.

we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered in the store, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal. we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

refunds will be made using the same means of payment used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

diminished value

you are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

exceptions to the right of withdrawal

the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are:

non-prefabricated,
made to the customer’s specifications,
clearly personalized,
or otherwise excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable law.

this means that if a product is made especially for you, adjusted to your requested size, personalized, or created according to your individual specification, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply.

where this exception applies, it will be indicated in the product description or result from the nature of the order.

before placing an order, please read the product description carefully and contact us if you are unsure whether the item is ready-made, made-to-order, or customized.

damaged, defective, or incorrect items

if your item arrives damaged, defective, or not in conformity with the contract, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@kalarthe.com and include:

your order number,
a description of the problem,
clear photos of the product and packaging, if applicable.

for consumer purchases, complaints regarding lack of conformity of goods with the contract are handled in accordance with applicable law. A consumer can submit a complaint when goods are not in conformity with the contract, and the seller is responsible under the statutory rules, including repair, replacement, price reduction, or withdrawal where the legal conditions are met.
