with its broader woven structure, surya. offers a comfortable, supportive feel on the shoulder, making it especially well suited to heavier mats. it can be worn over one shoulder or crossbody for a more balanced, relaxed carry.

surya. is created for warmth, movement and everyday ease. hand-braided from organic cotton cord, it brings a soft, grounded structure to the way you carry your mat — simple, tactile and quietly present.

sizing & fit

choose 80 cm, 90 cm or 100 cm depending on your preferred way of carrying. a shorter length feels more compact, while a longer one gives more space and ease on the shoulder.

if your mat is thicker than usual or you need a custom fit, please leave a note at checkout with the circumference of your rolled mat.
care

spot clean gently with a damp cloth when needed and allow to air dry naturally.

because the strap is made from natural cotton cord, slight pilling may appear over time, especially in areas that rub against clothing or the mat. this is a natural characteristic of cotton and does not affect the function of the strap.

if needed, you can gently refresh the surface with a fabric shaver.

if the strap becomes heavily soiled, it can be washed on a delicate cycle at 30°c. place it in a laundry bag if possible, use a gentle detergent, and avoid strong spinning.

do not tumble dry.

allow the strap to air dry naturally, laid flat or hanging freely.
